I checked out the write up in the paper and decided to see what is was all about. Watched all the eps online and now I'm hooked. I love George and Annie the most. I've actually just found out about the show from Entertainment Weekly which mentioned it coming on BBC America last weekend. Since I love anything with vampires and werewolves I wanted to watch it, but I don't get that channel. I was able to go on youtube and someone posted all the episodes from season 1. Oh my god!! This show rocks!! I love the script and how they mix the dark subjects with a little humor. This is definitely a different concept from other shows, such as True Blood and a very good concept. I adore George and Annie's characters the most as well, but of course I'm totally in love with Mitchell's broading good looks. I watched all of season 1's episodes and now I'm "thirsting" for more. Aug 5 2009, 12:58 AM EDT Hi everyone, I came to visit my mom and she told me about the show so I looked it up and watched all the episodes online and fell in love with the show. I absolutely adore Annie, George is also adorable, and Mitchell is just gorgeous (I've got a big crush on Aidan Turner). The show's concept could have easily gone bad but the show and cast was so well put together that it works. I'm sad we have to wait until next year to see the 2nd season but thank goodness the show is coming back! Post reply Do you find this valuable?

The characters were a little had for me to get into by the first episode, and I was completely frustrated by Annie's inability to really stick it to Owen, but now I'm hooked. I am almost tempted to watch ahead on youtube because I have to wait each week. I think my favorite character is Mitchell right now. I love anything dealing with fantasy/sci-fi, especially vampires. We watch a lot of BBC America(we are in Virginia) and are huge Skins fans so I had been seeing the commercials for Being Human. One night I just happened to catch the tail end of a re-run of the first episode which got me hooked. Then after the re-run they aired a behind the scenes special that talked to the cast and showed the special effects that they use with George's transformation, which was completely awesome! I love the cast, they are wonderful, it would be impossible for me to choose a favorite. I cant wait for season two!!(and for season one to come out on DVD over here in the states so I can watch it all the time!) Post reply Do you find this valuable?

I started to watch the show when a friend told me that this was so much better than Twilight and he was right. My favorite character is Mitchell followed by Annie. I have memberships, at other wikis, but it was from the Being Human site, that I picked up this one. I am in hibernation until the series begins again! I truly found the series extremely well done. I belong to the True Blood site, and our story line, has gone to the dogs. We are kind of upset, but at least with the Vampire Diaries, opening, we have something to watch. I've actually been a scary massive fan since about 3 minutes into the pilot, but I've had really patchy internet over the last year. I'm currently psyching myself up for the Preview, the Housebroken con, the new series and OMG the tie in books- if you haven't order yours do, cos the authors they've got are really good at getting characters and stories right in tie ins for Dr Who and TW and I'm really looking forward to them.
